Choosing a CMS is one of the most important decisions that a webmaster can make. The CMS that is chosen will play a large role in determining how the website is created as well as what tools will be available. There are a variety of popular options, most notably Drupal and Joomla, however WordPress has done an excellent job of standing out from the crowd.
